SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the BUYER electronically from the SELLER's website, with the specifications and sale price mentioned below.

DELIVERY
The product(s) will be shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery is made to the address provided via the selected shipping company.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement without providing any justification and without paying any penalty within 14 days from the date of product delivery. The withdrawal notification must be sent to the email or postal address mentioned above.

EXCEPTIONS TO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized products, items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, and cosmetic products whose packaging has been opened.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned products must be unused and sent in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the BUYER.

ENFORCEMENT
By confirming this agreement electronically, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions herein.
